AWAKENING PRAYER NIGHTS

Prayer is our opportunity to experience God’s heart regarding our lives, our futures, and our purpose. This is true for the individual believer, as well as our calling as a church family. Prayer begins with God’s Word, His heart, and our willingness to sit in His truth. Prayer also includes us partnering with God by asking Him to perform His promises in the earth today. Prayer is when we respond to our calling to worship, to stand with God taking spiritual authority over this fallen world, and to process our minds with God’s thoughts through activations of His Word. A prayerless Christian is a hopeless, sightless, and faithless Christian. A prayerless church—one that fails to gather hearts together in prayer—is a hopeless, sightless, and faithless church.

We invite everyone at LifePointe to join us at our in-person Friday night prayer experiences during the final two Fridays of Awakening. Don’t worry! If you have never prayed for more than three minutes, we will show you how we pray with energy, focus, and ease. People are often shocked at how framing prayer experiences differently can make their intimacy with God rise to new unexpected levels. Skeptical attenders have said afterword, “It felt like we were here only about 10 minutes.” Let’s kick this year off right with a heart that is fully seeking God.
