Outside Wedding Support Personnel: It is the responsibility of the Bride and Groom to secure their own desired outside wedding coordinator, musicians/singers, photographer/videographer, and/or other outside contractors. These are additional costs coordinated directly with the Bride and Groom. LifePointe is not responsible for coordination or payment of these. The LifePointe Pastoral Coordinator's primary focus is on the officiant's administration and moderate support for wedding party.
LifePointe’s Property and Policies: It is the responsibility of the Bride and Groom to see that their florist, photographer, wedding party, friends of family, guests etc. follow all church guidelines.

It is permitted for you, your wedding party or wedding guests to give pitch-in help to the LifePointe clean staff, however a full fee for the clean team staff will still be incurred. The clean-up includes vacuuming all spaces used, removal of all incurred stains, trash bagged and dumpstered, bathrooms prepped for Sunday’s Worship experience, etc.
Damage Deposit: It is not uncommon for the wedding party to run late, candle wax to drip, Holy Communion wine/juice to be spilled, rice/confetti to be spread inside the building.
