DAY 18 - PARTNERSHIP IN HOLY SPIRIT GIFTS!!

God wants to partner with YOU in relationship to execute His supernatural gifts through YOU to someone on His heart!!
Most Christian assessing their gifts limit their focus to their God-given ministerial or motivational giftings. But God wants to partner with you in Operational Gifts. Operational Gifts are available to all believers as circumstances, opportunities, and God's will arises in a moment. This is where the spontaneous sovereign will of God engages us to perform miracles through us. A person does not "own" Operational Gifts as a part of their personality or makeup; OPERATIONAL GIFTS ONLY HAPPEN AS GOD WILLS.
Paul speaks specifically of these operational gifts:
Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of the one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each man, just as he determines. (1 Corinthians 12:7-11)
God wants to do this much more often than we give Him access to. God wants to partner with YOU.
There are three categories of these spontaneous miracle giftings, each having three gifts:
POWER TO KNOW THINGS: There are three operational gifts that give us supernatural power to know things:
Word of Knowledge: The ability to supernaturally gain insight, perception, or inward knowing of certain facts in the mind of God pertaining to issues that are past or present, that a person would have no other way of knowing.
Word of Wisdom: The ability to receive a revelation of God’s wisdom, purpose, and direction in a situation relating to future issues.
Discerning of Spirits: The ability to see the spirit realm, enabling a person to recognize if something is divine, human, or satanic. This is not discernment of people’s motives, attitudes, or condition.
POWER TO DO THINGS: There are three operational gifts that give us supernatural power to do things:
Gift of Special Faith: The ability to believe God’s promises in an extraordinary way, never doubting but remaining confident of God’s provision and protection regardless of insurmountable obstacles, and beyond human effort.
Gifts of Healings: The ability to be God’s supernatural and miraculous intermediary for curing people without the use of natural means.
Gift of the Working of Miracles: The ability to perform supernatural interventions, which are perceived by observers to have no natural basis, so as to glorify God and prove that He is real.
POWER TO SAY THINGS: There are three operational gifts that give us supernatural power to say things:
Gift of (Simple) Prophecy: The ability to communicate truth through inspired speech in a timely and relevant manner for strengthening, encouraging, and comforting.
Gift of (Ministry) Tongues: The ability to speak a spontaneous message from God, in a language the intermediary does not know, to a person or group of people.
Gift of Interpretation of (Ministry) Tongues: The ability to interpret a message of one who is speaking in miracle tongues into the language of the listeners as a message from God.
Stir up your desire before God to personally work with the Lord in these operational gifts.
1 Corinthian 12:31 (KJV) But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.
PRAYER:
Dear Lord God, I covet earnestly these “best gifts.” I ask you to burn a fire within my soul to have these operative through my everyday life. Help me know how to operate in these gifts. I believe You want to minister these through me more than I could possibly want You to. So help me learn how to increase their manifestations in and through my life. From this, help me see aspects of your nature and character that inspire awe before You. In Jesus’ Name.
PRAYER PLAN:
● Holy Spirit Gifts for Church Faith Community – That EVERY ATTENDER at my local church faith community would experience consistent encounters of God’s Spirit manifesting “operational” gifts through them.
● Church Faith Community Evangelism - That EVERYONE at my local church faith community would burn with desire to see friends come to Christ.

I want you to know how hard I am contending for you and for those at Laodicea, and for all who have not met me personally. 2 My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, 3 in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. 4 I tell you this so that no one may deceive you by fine-sounding arguments. 5 For though I am absent from you in body, I am present with you in spirit and delight to see how disciplined you are and how firm your faith in Christ is.
6 So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, 7 rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.
8 See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ.
9 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, 10 and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority. 11 In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not performed by human hands. Your whole self ruled by the flesh was put off when you were circumcised by Christ, 12 having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.
13 When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, 14 having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. 15 And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.
16 Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. 17 These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ. 18 Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you. Such a person also goes into great detail about what they have seen; they are puffed up with idle notions by their unspiritual mind. 19 They have lost connection with the head, from whom the whole body, supported and held together by its ligaments and sinews, grows as God causes it to grow.
20 Since you died with Christ to the elemental spiritual forces of this world, why, as though you still belonged to the world, do you submit to its rules: 21 “Do not handle! Do not taste! Do not touch!”? 22 These rules, which have to do with things that are all destined to perish with use, are based on merely human commands and teachings. 23 Such regulations indeed have an appearance of wisdom, with their self-imposed worship, their false humility and their harsh treatment of the body, but they lack any value in restraining sensual indulgence.
DECLARATION:
I receive the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of my understanding being enlightened. My mind is renewed to operational gifts of the Holy Spirit by the Word of God (Ephesians 1:17-18; Romans 12:2). I covet earnestly the best gifts (1 Cor 12:31). I know His voice and the voice of a stranger I will not follow, therefore I am not afraid of failure (John 10:5).
