ICE BREAKER

If you could instantly possess three skills you don’t presently have, what would they be?

QUESTIONS

  1. Are you comfortable being “emotional” with the Lord? What is your greatest challenge/fear about being emotionally connected to Christ?
  2. What are your favorite spiritual exercises (see notes above)? What are your most challenging spiritual exercises?
  3. Name one part of an ecosystem that you are consistently engaged with that is compelling you to health? (Relationships, environments, exercise behaviors; God, recovery partners, specialized training or giving back)
  4. Which part of your ecosystem is causing you the greatest challenges towards health right now (relationships, environments, exercise behaviors; God, recovery partners, specialized training or giving back)? Why?

RECEIVE HOLY COMMUNION TOGETHER

1 Corinthians 11:23-26 NKJV For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the [same] night in which He was betrayed took bread; 24 and when He had given thanks, He broke [it] and said, "Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me." 25 In the same manner [He] also [took] the cup after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink [it], in remembrance of Me." 26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes.
