DAY 16 - GO ON A TREASURE HUNT!!

DEVO:
Did you know God “treasures” people who don’t yet know Him? Did you know God “treasures” the hurting, wounded, and neglected?
Matthew 13:44 (NKJV) [Jesus said] Again, the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.
The treasure is a metaphor of people on God’s heart!
At LifePointe, we are inspiring a lifetime of unforgettable encounters with God. God wants us to have an encounter, so that we can become an encounter, so that others can have an encounter. A Treasure Hunt is about learning to live a naturally-supernatural Kingdom lifestyle, in which miracles, physical healing, and inspired encouragements set people free as you walk your path through daily life. These can become “normal” unforgettable occurrences, as we release the presence and power of the Kingdom of God in the people we know and meet every day.
In daily times of loving the Lord through prayer, ask God for words of knowledge about people’s names, clothing, appearance, and needs. These are "Clues" about people God has on His heart for you to encourage during the day. A major purpose of being led of the Holy Spirit is to be used by God in helping others. In fact, the more you practice these kinds of treasure hunting encouragements to people, the more you will find your perception of God's voice will become clearer and clearer.
Ask God for words of knowledge about these things, or locations and other unusual things. Then write these down on a paper called your "Treasure Map," and go to the locations on your Map to find “treasures.” The “treasures” are people who correspond in some way to the clues that you have written down. When you find someone, show them your map, and ask if you can pray for them. You will be amazed at how many people will be unusually encouraged by your encounters with them. Many people will be saved, healed, or greatly touched by God’s love through this kind of inspired evangelism.
The best way to grow in an interwoven choreography with the Holy Spirit is to live in a dynamic fellowship, expecting Him to use you. What is amazing is that the people you minister to will be the laboratory for which you find greater awe and wonder before God. Your own capacity to hear from God will grow exponentially. It will be as though you observe the heart of God first hand as He anoints you to love someone deeply.
You will see an increase in divine appointments and divine encounters with God in your everyday life! As you step out and take risks, you will find countless undreamed-of treasures that will cause incredible rejoicing on earth and in Heaven.
Take a run at it today. It is your time for giving and getting unforgettable encounters with God!
PRAYER:
Dear Lord God, I know You have the broken, hurting, and suffering on Your heart. Give me Your heart for them too. Open my eyes to see who You see. Give me courage to trust You with a Treasure Hunt process. I pray for boldness to execute it. And then I ask you to let me be affirmed in following You! In Jesus Name.
PRAYER PLAN:
● Treasure Hunt Development for Church Faith Community – That EVERY ATTENDER at my local church faith community would be purposeful and powerful to reach others with the love of God.
● Church Faith Community Volunteer Team Members - That VOLUNTEERS at my local church faith community would have revelation of their callings and assignments in the Kingdom.

I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. 13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength. 14 Yet it was good of you to share in my troubles.
15 Moreover, as you Philippians know, in the early days of your acquaintance with the gospel, when I set out from Macedonia, not one church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving, except you only; 16 for even when I was in Thessalonica, you sent me aid more than once when I was in need. 17 Not that I desire your gifts; what I desire is that more be credited to your account. 18 I have received full payment and have more than enough. I am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God. 19 And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. 20 To our God and Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
21 Greet all God’s people in Christ Jesus. The brothers and sisters who are with me send greetings. 22 All God’s people here send you greetings, especially those who belong to Caesar’s household. 23 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.
DECLARATION:
The Spirit of truth abides in me and teaches me all things, and He guides me into all truths. Therefore I confess I have perfect knowledge of every situation and every circumstance that my path intersects with. I am keenly aware of “treasures” God is placing in my path. I have the wisdom of God (John 16:13; James 1:5). I am as bold as a lion (Prov 28:1). You make me bold with strength in my soul (Ps 138:3).
