20 Years ago the writers of the Seinfeld TV sitcom created a holiday called Festivus. No one had ever heard of it before and it took off like viral fire. We have hijacked the holiday to celebrate all our Dad’s by creating Father’s Day Festivus.

THE HUMAN FUND:
Festivus featured a
benevolent act, a purse
to be given to another,
called the Human Fund.
THE DAD-HUMAN FUND:
R-E-S-P-E-C-T
Women want to be “loved;”
Men want to be “respected.”

EPHESIANS 5:33 NKJV Nevertheless let each one of you in particular so LOVE his own wife as himself, and let the wife [see] that she RESPECTS [her] husband.

If there ever was a person who had the right to disrespect men based on their performance, it would be God. God is intimately aware of every flaw and defect in a man’s character. Yet look at how God dealt with men throughout the bible.
